I wanted to send over some feedback on our property manager who’s been a vital part of the upkeep of our apartment. She’s always very responsive to my messages and has helped with all of my questions, issues or problems. She has made the apartment process seamless when it comes to checking people in and out. It goes without saying but when you have someone from the building management goes out of their way to make sure the tenants are well taken care of it, it speaks to their character and their work ethic. I truly appreciate her and what she’s done for me while occupying the apartment at Heritage Apartments.
I would just like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the team at HA. They are not only extremely quick to respond and resolve any issues, but always does it with a smile and warmth. I don’t think I would have enjoyed my stay with HA as much and without any complaints if it wasn’t for the great team that you have. They made all the difference! I’m sure that the work they do is not easy and it will be great if you could let them know that their great work did not go unnoticed!
Our property manager and Yana are absolutely amazing. They have been so responsive and kind during my stay so far. Our property manager has been very helpful to check in and make sure everything was going well and the cleaning services were a great added touch to helping keep the apartment in order during my stay.
Our property manager is amazing. In both apartments that my fiance and I have stayed so far, he did the utmost to solve any issues we encountered. He is very responsive and takes immediate action, always with a smile and very pleasant attitude. He even once surprised us with chocolate treats. Housekeeping is also great. All in all, we are very happy and both our property manager and housekeeper have contributed significantly in making our stay very comfortable. A special thumbs up also for the sales team for all their support in signing and extending the rental agreements!!
I would just like to write in to commend the amazing staff who have made our stay here so comfortable during the last 10 months. First, our building manager. I expected a good building manager who would make life hassle-free here. I received an exceptional one. Not only did she respond to any queries or problems encounter promptly, and got things up and running again asap (e.g., washing machine), she would also take her own initiative to update me if there are any delays in the workers coming to fix the machines and find an alternative for me so that my stay here remains comfortable. For an employee to take initiative to go the extra mile says a lot about the value of this employee. Anyone can do the job, but one who can go beyond their job scope to provide that extra touch of care and consideration goes to show their character – which is something that cannot be taught and just is. She makes it a point to know her tenants and take care of them in the ways they need. There are so many moments and events that we are just so grateful to her for and our thanks will never end. We will remember Heritage’s brand because of her and how she carries this company’s name and reputation with such excellence. Second, Yana. Yana has always been warm, friendly and kind towards our family. Our daughter loves watching Yana work and feels safe around Yana. Similarly, we have always felt safe with Yana and never felt the need to keep our valuables (although I know it is recommended as part of company policy – but Yana is that trustworthy a worker, and one who has integrity)!! She has made us feel like we have a family away from home in her warmth and the way she has looked out for us. We’ve always seen Yana working so hard and tirelessly around the building, without complaints or bitterness. She always has a smile for us even if we see her working late into the night. Finally, Eko. Eko was our building manager in the first month and when we ordered a whole lorry of packages to set up life here, he faithfully delivered them all after he had completed his work in other places. We were most grateful! We never worry about slipping down the stairs when it’s snowing because it would be salted, Eko’s work. He has also always helped us throw out our trash not as part of his work scope but simply out of his generosity. Thank you so much Eko, for blessing us!! Heritage has outstanding gems and we have been most grateful to them (and therefore to Heritage). They’re immense assets wherever they go and Heritage is lucky to have them! =)
Everyone has been amazing! Special shout out to our building manager. I’ve met so many kinds of people and attitude and heart to give your best is really not something everyone has. She is a gem, and any company would be so lucky to have her as part of their team.
Our property manager is amazing! He is truly one of the best property managers I have ever worked with in all my years of leasing! He is very accommodating, good-natured, friendly, and affable. He is a gem! He always goes the extra mile to make sure our requests are met and is very prompt about doing so. Heather was also equally great to work with! She replied very quickly to all our questions and our email exchanges back and forth were smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated her facilitating the lease extension in a lightning fast manner as well. We are absolutely thrilled with our stay thus far!
Our property manager has been incredible. He is kind, friendly, helpful, and generally goes out of his way to take care of this building and his residents. Every interaction I have had with him has been positive, definitely the type of guy who I’d want in charge of my building.
Eko is a nice and patient person. When I met him, he provided me necessary assistance and offered help when I moved in. He is also polite in greeting people and remembers every leasee’s name. This not only gave me a friendly feeling, but also gave me a sense of security as this avoids unknown people entering the property. Overall, I feel that Eko is a nice and hardworking person and I trust his ability and attitude as a good apartment manager.
Eko has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and satisfied with our apartment. I am so pleased to have him around the complex, and hope that more honorable and trustworthy men like him are hired to ensure an incredible experience comparable to the one I have had. I would once again like to emphasize the joy Eko is as an industrialist, making sure everything is clear and functioning inside the apartment, but also as a conversationalist, having laughs and joking along with me as if he were a neighbor. I am so excited to have him around for the tenure of my lease.
